Recap of Thursday: 1-0-1
Pepperdine @ Gonzaga -28: This was a wash. How often does a 28 point spread end up as a wash? Unreal.
Oregon State +2 @ UCLA: Oregon State lost by 1. Uno. If you don’t have a calculator I’ll help you out. They still covered. Lets go.
There’s a certain point in sports where an athlete is untouchable. You hit a few shots and suddenly its like shooting into an ocean. I have hit that point. A respectable 1-0-1 on Thursday caps of a 7-2-1 week. Seven-Two-One. If you bet $100 on my picks you’d be up $436.36 in 4 days. Absolutely scorching. Marquette -3 @ Providence
Marquette has won 11 of the last 12, and Providence is 5-9 in the Big East. Am I missing something? 3 Points? I was right about the 6-point spread against Butler and I’m going to be right now. All in on Marquette.
The Pick: Marquette -3
Duke @ Syracuse +5
Duke’s offense has struggled at times this season and without Zion they looked lost against UNC. They are going to struggle against Cuse’s zone in the carrier dome if they don’t hit shots. Outside of Reddish, they don’t really have any knockdown shooters and that will be problematic. Cuse may not win this game but they should cover in a low scoring game.
The Pick: Cuse +5
Kansas @ Texas Tech -6
Kansas absolutely sucks on the road. They are 2-5 on the season including losses to ASU and WVU. Just to make sure you have this right, they are 20-1 at home/neutral sites, and 2-5 away. This is a trap game. TTU has won their past 4 games by a total of 96 points and is absolutely killing Big 12 teams. Texas Tech by 10+.
The Pick: TTU -6
Tennessee @ LSU PK
I love this LSU team. I think they have final 4 potential. With that being said, you can’t pick against taking a 24-2 Tennessee team without a negative spread. LSU may have a chance at home but betting against Tennessee straight up has been a waste of money all season and that should continue against LSU.
The Pick: Tennessee PK
WVU @ Baylor -12
FSU @ UNC -8
