Strengths:

Projects as a plus defender, ideal frame.

Above average rebounder for a Forward.

Generates Blocks and Steals at a high rate (1.3 SPG, 1.9 BPG).

Good scorer off the dribble. Can get high percentage looks at the basket.

Weaknesses:

Can be passive offensively. Only 11.8 PPG Junior Season.

Inefficient. 45.4/33.3/67.7 Clip.

Needs to develop as a shooter.

Foul Prone for a Forward.

NBA Comparison:

James Johnson

NBA athlete with good size and defensive instincts. Cannot be relied on to score consistently, but can pass pretty well and make an impact on the boards. Jump shot is hit or miss some days.

NBA Draft Outlook:

30-40.

Ideal Fits:

Brooklyn at 31:

Brooklyn has some talent on the wing, but could use some depth. Roby would be a nice defense first pickup in an eastern conference that consists of Kawhi Leonard, Victor Oladipo, Ben Simmons, Giannis Antentekounmpo, and probably KD.

Philadelphia at 33, 34, or 42:

Jimmy Butler is likely gone and Philly doesn’t have a ton of depth at the 3/4 slots. Roby is an NBA ready body who can contribute right away defensively and play decent minutes.
