Ideal NBA frame. Strong body with long arms.
Good mobility for his size.
Great motor. Projects as a very good defender and rebounder.

Lacks a consistent jumpshot.
Very limited offensively. Can only really score on dunks or layups.
Decent passers but is turnover prone. Often forces things.

Pro Comparison:
Dwayne Dedmon
Great defenders who use their size and athleticism to do the dirty work. Defensively they have decent mobility and use great timing to send back shots. Dedmon is limited offensively but has developed a decent jumpshot which Fernando will likely do as he develops.

Ideal Fits:
Boston at 20 or 22:
Boston has a decent hole at center behind Al Horford and could benefit from Fernando’s size. Having him play 10-15 minutes setting screens and doing the dirty work in a conference that has some deep frontcourts would be a huge pickup for a hopeful contender.
Cleveland at 26:
Cleveland doesn’t have any potential building blocks in the front court and Fernando could change that. He projects as a great defender and rebounder who is a jumpshot away from being a top 10 Pick.
